- Park your car a few blocks away from your office. This will not only encourage you to do more walking but also save some fuel by having to fetch your colleague during lunch time.
- Climb the stairs rather than take the lift. If possible, walk the long way to where you are going.
- Always move around every half an hour. Stretch your body or look far away.
- If you are taking public transport. Get off 1 stop before and walk the extra distance.
- Cycle instead of drive.
- If you have a dog, walk the dog each day.
- Remote control is the worst enemy against incidental exercies. Throw them away and get out from your sofa.
- Reduce your TV time. Play with your kids or enjoy more time with your family.
- Wash the Dishes manually. Always help out the housework.
